Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ANEMT, we strive to provide exceptional service and understand that plans can change. Below are our cancellation and refund guidelines:
Cancellations with More than 24 Hours Notice:
Clients who cancel their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost. This policy acknowledges the effort and resources reserved for planned services.
Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours Notice:
Due to the proximity to the trip time, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund. This policy compensates for allocating resources that cannot be redirected at short notice.
